Changes to visa

Hi so I have received my sponsorship tier two visa but I have just realized that I have not had the £945 in the bank for 90 days. My employers can offer me maintaince but In the original certificate they said they couldn’t ( because they thought I didn’t need it ) they are an a rated sponsor. So do they need to change the certificate for me or can I just put on my end that they will change it
