ILR T1 Ent Employees job titles

Hi All,

I am applying for T1 ILR next month.

My team member has changed to 10 year ILR few months back but still running the business as before.

I would like to know what should I fill in online application where it asks if you are applying as a team?

you can apply do not need to worry abou, its easy application find it and fill it our. in nov 18 i have done its easy. you don not need to worry about your partner. just write down a sepret cover letter about your partner that he has change the rout to 10 years. thas it

Yes you still are applying as a part of team. In cover letter you can mention that your team member has opt for ILR (LR).

What are the two different answers? Both members have advised you the same thing.

Hi i am not trying to be a time waster but my question was just regarding the application form not about the cover letter.

One member has replied yes you still write in application you apply as a team and write cover letter.
Other member has replied about cover letter but no mention of my question as to what do we write in that section where it asks about entrepreneur team. I hope it will make it clear.

I believe you still have 2 directors on your company and each of you have made half investment and contribution to the company.
The question in form is not asking if u both are applying at the same time at first place but only asks if u are sole director or not which u are not.
I think once u tick u are applying as team, next question is if other member is applying at same time with u and here u can say no and tell the reason.
You are confusing urslef for nothing.
Cover letter is not mandatory but helps CW to understand ur particular case in detail.

I would like someone to help me in calculating employees hours and their job titles.

February 2014 Initial leave granted(Pre 2014)
Extension granted Dec 2017
Planned ILR application 10 Feb 2019.

Do I need to create two more jobs after extension or can I use the ones created before extension?

Employee 1 FT(30 hrs a week) started April 2016 and still working(job created before extension)
Employee 2 PT (26 hrs a week) started April 2016 and still working(job created before extension)
Employee 3 PT( 16 hours a week) started October 2017 and still working(job created before extension)

Lastly employee 2 and employee 3 job titles are different. So would there be a problem when I combine both these employees for job creation?

Any help is appreciated.

As long as the jobs have existed for a minimum of 12 months AFTER extension you are fine. You can claim job creation after Dec 2017.
I think two part timers can be combined to make up equivalent of a FT job regardless of the job title but wait for someone to confirm this.

I am just concerned how you would list them on the online form as the online form asks about the job first and then which employees you want to add together to make up a full time job. So wait for someone else to respond.

You would have to mention that in the cover letter.

Tier 1 guidnace:

“(g) If jobs are being combined, with two part time employees being used to create the equivalent of one full time job, the employees being relied upon must be clearly identified by you in your application”

While filling the online form you would have to list your part timers under two separate job titles (in your case) but you would have to clearly mention in the cover letter that you are combining both jobs with two part timers to create the equivalent of one full time, as the online form wont allow you to mention this.

I would like to know if passport of EEA national employee is enough proof of settled worker as I sent only passport copy at time of extension and it was approved.

It says please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave( up to a maximum of two years).

I had extension in December 2017. So I have to attached evidence from that time onwards.

Also how many documents are needed and is it for every month?

Can I print online pdf statements . Would that be enough?

Help will be appreciated.

As we had extension in dec 2017, do we need documents from dec 2017 or feb 2017 as I am applying now.
