ILR query in a situation where company is overtaken

Hello,

I am due to apply for ILR in a month and have a doubt on the work permit. I hold a WP from company A and recently, it has been overtaken by company B. Name of company A remains the same and company B just got their sponsorship license. My COS hasn't changed.

As per the ILR requirement: Company who provided COS should have valid sponsorship license when applying for ILR.

What do I have to check in this case to satisfy above requirement? Company A do not maintain any license and is all managed at Company B level.

Will this be an issue when I apply for ILR? Please help.
