PBS Dependant extension with main applicant on ILR

Hi Guys,

I have a question on the same topic and I hope the experts in the forum will be able to help me with this.

I am planning to apply for my wife's PBS Dependent Visa Extension where I am the main applicant via Tier 2 General Route.

I just received my BRP for my ILR, and my Tier 2 General BRP is about to expire by 9th of February 2019.

There is a section in PBS Dependent application form, where they ask for main applicant's previous category which will be Tier 2 and they are asking for BRP number as well.

Which BRP number should i enter there?

Please help me with this query.

I am in the same situation as well where I received ILR Via Tier 2 General 5 year route,

I am applying PBS Dependent Extension for my wife.

In the PBS Dependent application, they are asking for main applicant's BRP number.

1. Is that BRP number from ILR (or) BRP received from last tier 2 general Extension?

2. While filling IHS they are asking for main applicant's visa validity, Although my wife's visa extension is only for 3 years, when i enter my ILR validity, It is calculating IHS Fee for 5 years. So, What should we enter in the validity section?

Please help.

1. Current BRP presumably.

2. Put your ILR expiry date as 3 years ahead to get the correct IHS of £1200.
