Other Visa Options from Tier 4 DES visa

Hi everyone,

I am currently on Tier 4 DES (doctoral extension visa) which expires on the 19th of March. I have tried everything to get a job, most jobs wouldn't sponsor visa. I would appreciate any advice on how to search for jobs that would sponsor visa, so I could switch to Tier 2. Also not sure if I qualify for a Tier 5 (youth mobility worker as I am above 30) any thoughts and advice to switching from tier 4 to 5 would be appreciated.

You need to find a sponsor on the official HO approved sponsor list if you want a Tier 2 visa.

Tier 5 you can apply while you are 30 but before you reach 31 as far as I understand.
