Letter of Gift from Applicants father and his statement indicating the transfer of funds

Letter of Accommodation support From Sponsor’s Grandfather

Council Tax Bill
Property Inspection report

I think masters degree is more than enough.
Aren’t your writing a cover letter, it’s helful if the case worker is confused on things or some documents go missing, at least by reading the cover letter they know you qualify for all the requiremts.
Are you providing her fathers bank statement only or his declaration as well that he is giving her gift and that he had money from some legitimate sources, etc?

Is your marriage certificate in English? If not it will need translating into English.
