locum for same employer

Can I do more than 20 hrs/week for the same employer in the same position in Tier 2 visa? (same NHS employer)?

No, maximum 20 hours

I am a bit confused.
If I am working under same employer (same NHS Trust) in same position, why should there be restriction of 20 hrs/wk.
because as far as I understood that you cant work for another employer/NHS trust > 20 hrs/wk.
Can you please clarify, its important. because in one of similar post it was replied that it should not matter

Your post in the ILR sub forum you state that you get a separate payslip for your 'overtime'. This would imply that you are working through Bank as a locum, which is supplementary employment and limited to 20 hours per week. You also cannot do supplementary work/hours while on annual leave from your 'main' tier 2 job.
