Why are you asking questions in the EU citizens settled status topic when your posts indicate you are applying for ILR based on 6 years DLR under the UK immigration rules??

EU Settlement Scheme
Non-EU PR
Application Submitted: 23-01-19
E-mail Received: 29 January 2019

I have submitted my proof of relationship as this website asked everyone to upload it but now I have a feeling that I shouldn't have done it as it's not required by law.

It is fine. Don't worry about it. HO will call you if they think you provided wrong evidence or made an error in your application (which you did not). So they will ignore it and just grant you settle status.

I received my pre-settled status today. I applied after being on a RC as extended family member of my EEA partner (issued on July 2017). Good luck to all!

E.U. citizen in the UK for the past 12 years, in continuous full time employment for the last 10.

System offered me pre-settled status (I suppose HMRC records matching did not work), which I obviously did not accept and therefore provided evidence of residence for the past 6 years.

Applied on the 24/01
Receipt of application received on the 24/01

Haven’t heard anything since, still waiting on a decision.

When did you apply? (The interest of a processing time thread is to give an estimation of how long the process lasted!)

Both me and my partner applied on 23rd(both PR holders). System asked to provide evidence of relationship. I know I didn't have to, but after numerous attempts I managed to attach both passport, pr and marriage certificate photos with my application. Hope it won't take long for a positive answer.
Received today an email confirming my settled status.
Took less than a week.

Anyone in a similar position (non-EU family member, holder of biometric RC) has had any confirmation of status, or know how long this takes after their EU family member has had theirs?
Hey Kamoe, glad you were able to apply in the test phase.
The non-EEA people I know are waiting for an answer, having applied on 21/22. Others I've seen posting on Twitter/FB forums are also waiting, having applied more or less at the same time.
Guessing the HO is taking more time on non-EEA applications - probably giving easy cases to less experienced staff, and more complex one to senior caseworkers.
Hi can you please advise of links to the other forums on twitter/ Facebook that you mentioned? I an very keen to hear more views in relation to this topic.

Same situation!

timeline;

applied with a Biometric RC from 2015

22.01 application submitted
22.01 COA email received
29.01 email saying that I had submitted the application sent by mistake
05.02 so far no decision.
I rang the resolution center, they said it could take up to 6 weeks. I can't keep checking my email every day for the next 6 weeks because I am studying, I can not have the extra stress. if I knew It would take this long I would had waited until after May to apply.

Did you have to pay before being offered pre-settled status or after?

Firstly: Do not call them at all, it will delay the process.
Secondly: They have standard answers for these type of questions so do not ask how long will it take. Everyone here got reply quite fast so wait for it.
Lastly: There is no point to withdraw your application now as you will have to reapply and then more people will be applying which means longer waiting list.

Why would call Them delay the process ?

I would rather finish my studies and apply after, or relocate to another country. this stress will mess my studies up.

Thanks

Before. Note that I am completely entitled to settled status since I lived in the UK for almost 12 years and have been in continuous employement for the past 10, with no gaps.

12 days on, still waiting for a decision.
