Well there is not much you can do. Hopefully the JR will turn up the document.

In the meantime you should submit a new application also.

Not sure what you mean by conditions from today ?

The new application will be exactly the same as the old one except for the time sensitive parts - maintenance fees and current appointment, which has to satisfy the conditions related to the date of your new application.

Just an update, I applied for JR paper application and they refused it insisting I should prove I submitted my statements. I made an oral application which was granted today. I am waiting for the next step of HO
