Citizenship for a child with Right of Adobe

Hi Experts

My child has right of adobe in UK, and i would like to apply for British Passport. Could you please advise me what is the procedure to apply British passport?

How long does it take for this process? Can i apply for Fast track service?

Me & My wife both are born in India. I am naturalized British, and she has ILR.

My child is born in India.

while applying fast track, it is stated that, fast track cannot be used if :

If child has a parent who was born outside UK and who is an EEA national and
Child has not registered as a British Citizen

Child has ROA, based on parent's naturalization before birth. Please advise if i can still use fast track service?
