Refugee wanting to marry

Have refugee status, I have been give ILR for 5 years Want to marry via proxy, giving power of authority to uncle. What status will the husband get, he will be coming from Lebanon with a Syrian nationality ?! What visa should he apply for where would he apply, here or abroad? Will my status change?! Will I have to show earning of over £19000????
