EU citizen applying. Question regarding P60 for each year

Post by JackP » Wed Feb 13, 2019 4:31 pm

Hello!

I'm a rookie with a question re. P60 to enclose in my application.

In the application form they advise to enclose copies of my P60 for each year of residence claimed. I'm planning to submit my application as soon as 1825 days have passed from the date I've been an Irish resident. This would happen roughly around June of this year.

Obiously I can't obtain a P60 for the year 2019. Would this be a problem? I have a P60 for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, but of course I'll have to wait 2020 to get the P60 for this year.

Do I have to wait next year to apply for naturalisation, or can I send my application this June without this year's P60?

I have all sorts of proof of residence and payslips from 2014 up until today.

Thank you!!

Of course it won’t be an issue. They are well aware of that.

Btw there won’t be any P60’s from next year.

@JackP, that's totally fine...you can send the P60s for the previous years..but ensure address proofs for 2019 are enclosed...good luck with your application!!

Ah right, almost forgot that the one I have will be the last P60 after Revenue's modernisation!

Thanks all
