Yes they asked many questions in the court.i try to make a list of these questions. Hopefull would help you in preparation.
1.where did you take the test.
2.test centre name and location.
3.how much I paid
4.how I paid? Judge specially asked me this question by his self.
5.why I choose that centre.
6.how I booked test.
7.how long was the test.
8.did I see any suspicious activity during test if I was was there for test.
9.how I want there.
10.how many days I went there.
11.what was my i reaction when i came to know I did test fradulantely. Ho lawyer specially asked me this question.
These were the main questions which home office lawyer and judge asked me.
Hope these would help you and everbody who are still suffering with this problem.

Hi rahee how did you book your test and pay did you do pay on the day at the test centre, I paid cash Also how long was the test. Really stressed out my date is soon. Glad yours is over

Dear Missy no I havent been there my friend but I know too many people who went there and won the case.

if you win it that means you have the visa in hand try to practice all the questions my friend you will win I am very sure.

It’s in March, how did you pay for your test?
I remember I paid around 140-160 for both.
How much did you pay?
Is it in the first tier tribunal they will ask me questions?
How long did your tests take to do and did you do both on the same day?

Dear Missy.

I paid in cash I went to the center for booking which is normal.

I paid £150 in cash when i went for booking.

I did my tests in two seperate days. please kindly check the dates on your results.

the first test was my speaking and writting which lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes

and then I went different day for my Reading and Listening test which was a 2 hour test.

Please my friend stay clam you can ask me any question I will reply straight away.

I am sure you will win Inshallah. but be ready to answer all the questions

I paid around 150-160 for both tests can’t fully remember.
I did mine both at south quay college where was yours.
I think I am prepared but just nervous.

I went for booking like two weeks before I paid for it they booked it for I had to take my passport and ID.

Yes true but this has been going on for years. I managed to get into my old email luckily found the email receipt which I will take with me.
And my train pass I got it online so will take that.
I’m calm just feel nervous mine is like 2 hours away.
I think I will be ok inshallah
Only things I can’t properly remember is all my topic etc but it was years ago

Yes I had my hearing last week. It was good. Judge said to home office presenter that toeic bundle need to put in bin. I’m not going to discus this as it’s irrelevant. As I applied for retained right of resident under eea. Judge said he gonna send me decision within 3 weeks time. Wish me good luck guys and all of you out there I wish you good luck.
