Break in 10 Years?

Hi All
Following the same flow, Got appeal right following ILR-LR refusal.
Had Tier 2 refused in Feb-17, applied FLR-FP in 14 days of AR then Varied again to Tier-2 refused stating overstayed, applied AR (using 39E), HO accepted not an overstayer and removed para and also confirmed 3c was asserted.but refused AR on supplementary degree, made few application in between and then ILR in Jan using super service. Then got refusal stating 3c was broke in Feb--17 hence all my application were refused.
