Vary Tier1 Entrepreneurs extension to Ilr 10 yrs route

Hi guys

I have the same situation, my T1 Ent Ext is pending for few months and i will be completing my 10years soon. I applied with 3 dependents. If I vary my pending application to ILR 10years route what will happen to my 3 dependents. Can they vary to some other category as they have only completed 2 years in UK. Will the Home Office will refund the fee for all of us?

If I vary my 3 dependents application to FLR (M) what will be the financial and other maintenance requirement?

Please help.
