@Val : of course you apply for PR as you already completed 5yrs of marriage by providing 5 yrs treaty rights of your partner and following your divorce.

Hello!

I applied for ROR on the 30th November and just got the Residence cardo today!! So super quick!!!

I have a question: the new card still says "family member", is that normal even though I applied to retained rights of residence?

Thanks a loT!!!
. Hi I have also applied on 10th of December but it is nearly a month now I have not heard anything not even any letter. Could you please advise How many days it took to get biometric or acknowledgement letter after apply.Regards

Hi all, I have a question ,what will happen if I withdraw an appeal ,before I apply for ROR , I have to wait for decree absolute than apply ,but the court is on 7th of February. I can not go because i know i won't succeed ! I did withdraw one last year but same time I made application for Residence card.
I would be very grateful if someone will replay .

Hi there!

Just wondering what's the waiting timeline for divorcing an EU national? I have read somewhere that after filling the application, it might take 2 weeks for the letter to arrive and once you sign them and send it back, you get a date and time when you can apply for Decree Absolute. Can someone who has done this in the past please explain the entire process and also the waiting time from start till I get the Decree Absolute? I need to get this done before I can apply for ROR first.

Thanks much

@VAL2018 Can I ask on what ground you applied and why it was refused ? I assumed it would take around 6 months as well. But I was told recently that the divorce center is currently have some issues with IT backlogs and hence it might take longer. And thanks a lot for your reply. I really appreciate it. :)
