Which category of visa? Visitor or Settlement :?:
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Your mom's sister is not your "mother in law". She is your aunt and therefore an extended family member and dependency evidence is required.

What EU nationality do you hold??
Char (CR001 not Casa)

I think the OP might mean the woman in question is both her aunt and mother in law, i.e. they married their cousin.

Long term because they give visa for 6 months and when they arrive in uk they have to apply residence card

Is she truly dependent on you, or were these transfer made just to make it look she is?
