Which comes first BRP card or Decision Letter

Hello, i recently had my asylum appeal allowed in court, home office didn't appeal.
I received a biometric enrollment letter and i have enrolled two weeks ago.

I noticed that i haven't received a decision letter yet so i just wanted to know if this is the normal procedure and if i should have received a decision letter before the biometric letter.

Biometric letter is normal and needs to be done before your application is considered.
