Applied for ILR Route: SET (M) - Super Priority Service
Date application sent: 26th January 2019
Document received by HO: 28th January 2019
Ack letter received (if applicable): N/A
Biometric Letter received: N/A
Date Biometrics Enrolled: 15th February 2019 (At Sopra Steria Center at Bradley Stoke, Bristol)
Payment Debited: 26th January 2019
Approval/Refusal Received: Waiting...!!
BRP Card Received: Waiting...!!

I have opted for the Super Priority Service and was expecting to get a decision within 24 hours after my Biometric enrollment. However, I have had no correspondence whatsoever. I called them on 19th February to get an update and was advised by the agent that generally a decision is made within 24 hours "Super Priority" cases, but the correspondence could take up to 5 working days. I was advised to call back if I didn't hear anything within the time frame.

5 working days elapsed and I still did not have any correspondence. As per the agent's advice, I called them again on 25th February to track the progress. The agent took my details and mentioned that they would be escalating the case to the Home Office. If I don't hear anything again within "5 working days", I was advised to call back again.

It is frustrating not to get any correspondence despite opting for a premium service. Will have to wait and see how long is this dragged along for before a decision is made.

I am applying with two dependents needing second extension, we enrolled the biometrics at the same time. My solicitor helped us sent out the applications. My case is straight forward as well the only reason we involved the solicitor is that we needed it to be more secure . It is nice to feel not alone here. Hope we all get good results soon.
Merry Christmas everyone
Long 4 months passing, still no result. The waiting is being painful, really hope it will end up soon .
Finally got the good news from my solicitor today. Took almost 5 Months. I like to update this as i know so many of you are stilling waiting since Oct 2018.
Thank you very much for all inputs especially moderators.

Applied for ILR Route : SET(M), super priority
Date application sent : 16/02/2019
Document received by HO : 25/02/2019
Date Biometrics Enrolled : 26/02/2019
Approval/Refusal Received : APPROVED via email 3.5 hours later on 26/2/2019
BRP Card Received :28/2/2019

I really didnt expect to get approval that quick as I saw so many people chose 24 hours service but still waiting for decision after 24 hours. Also my case I feel like is very complicated, it has involved my maternity leave, changing jobs, and using cash savings. When I check my email, I saw an email from UKVI something, I thought it was like confirmation that they have received all my documents and started to process my application. But instead, it was the decision email! I was so relieved.
