ILR tier 2 Dependents

Post by mansoorali » Mon Mar 11, 2019 9:35 am

Hi

My family granted Tier 2 PBS dependent VISA on 15-02-2014 and they enter on 07-05-2014, I got my ILR in June-2018 after completion of my 5 years in Tier 2 General, Now can I apply for my family based on their VISA stamp date or I need to wait based on their 1st entry? Thanks

Visa stamp date, which means they could have applied already in January.

Thanks, in the above post I get confused, as it was stated that 5 years need to count from 1st entry date. my T2 visa was stamped on 01-05-2013, does this has any impact of the rule?

You tagged onto an old topic. The rules changed in mid January last year that it counts from visa issue date now.

Thanks for your reply. It is ver informative. I have been unsuccessfully trying to look for the information "The rules changed in mid January last year that it counts from visa issue date now."
Can you please send link of the gov.uk website where this information is.

thanks for your kind understanding.
