You really have to decide first if you are applying before or after 6th April. You can add as much jobs as you want in the online form. However, the online form does not cater for transitional arrangements strangely and takes that each job should exist for 12 months each.

So really, if you are applying before 6th April just ignore it and list jobs as “separate” jobs.

As aman said, run a dummy application to have a feel how you will list your jobs. But the listing will depend on if you apply after or before 6th April.

Thanks again tier11417 and aman90.I have started filling the online appl. as suggested by you.But i am confused about some of the questions.

1) When did you first enter the UK? Is that the date i received my ent visa(april 2014) or the date i first enter the uk?(Which is Aug 2009)

2)Under the personal information where it asks have you had any absences from the uk? Again is that asking from the recent 5 year period or from the whole period of stay in UK?

3) Under travel history, have you ever been refused a visa for uk? In this, do we have to consider the period of tier 1 visa only or the whole period of stay in the UK?

Your responses are highly appreciated.

3) Under travel history, have you ever been refused a visa for uk? In this, do we have to consider the period of tier 1 visa only or the whole period of stay in the UK? Any UK visa

Your responses are highly appreciated.

Thanks tier11417. So basically i need to specify all the refusals since I entered uk.(i.e from 2009).

Also do you/ anybody know about a successful tier1 ent. to ilr application submitted through the new online system?(I tried to check the forum but couldn't find any yet)

The question asks about ANY UK visa. Not after you entered in 2009. If you had a refusal for example UK tourist visa or any other UK refusal, you have to declare that even if that was in 1995 or whenever.

No one has reported so far. New system only started 4.5 months ago. The one who applied after than have not reported a decision so far atleast on this forum.

Hi Guys,

Just finalizing my online appl. regarding job creation.I have combined the jobs in the following way.

Job 1. Part-time SA 1

Employee A 1/12/17 till date part time(appr. 11.5 hrs/week)

Job 2. Part-time SA 2

Employee B 02/01/2018 to 01/09/2018 Part time(appr. 19.61 hrs/week)

Job 3. Full time SA

Employee c 01/06/2018 till date Full time.

Does the above 3 employee hrs make 1 full time job creation?

Job 4. Admin mule.

Employee D 02/01/2018 to 01/02/2019 Part time(appr. 18.46hrs/week)

Job 5. Event Coordinator

Employee E 01/03/2018 till date Part time(appr. 13.84hrs/week)

The above two part-time jobs are combined to make one full time job creation.

This is what i will be claiming for.I have also got additional jobs to mention. So i just want to ask if the above combination if fine? Does it satisfy the requirement of two full time job creations?Your replies/recommendations are much appreciated.
