DOES PREMIUM SERVICE STILL EXIST?

I would like to know if premium service still exist. My friend called the home office and they said yes, but when I called the home office said no. Do they have online faster service?

For FLR(M), I had the options:

Standard, Priority (10 day decision?) and Super Priority (24 hours or 24 Working hours - not sure)

Online application.

The word 'Premium' now only refers to London 'Premium' Lounge
