Urgent help needed

Hi everyone. Please I need urgent advice. I am due to apply for ilr in October from the tier 1 entrepreneur 50k route. I have 2 to full time employee but one just died three weeks ago. Now my question

* what do I do now?
* should i get a new employee for the remaining months?
* can i combine my late hours with that of the new one?
* will my employee death after my application?

Are you pre 6th April 2014?

When did you apply for your initial visa?

Initial visa date?

Extension date?

Employee start dates/end dates??

Sorry to hear abt ur employee!
Employees may come and go but the jobs remain.
The requirement is 2 jobs..which can possibly be performed by 4 employees.
Hire a new employee against the job.
Use previous employees payslips and passport copies and new employees to show job creation at time of ILR. Just make sure you have 12 months worth of payslips against the job.
