Person A entered into Ireland in 2015, via Ferry, no passport shown (no entry stamp) only driving license shown. Person A left U.K. before Tier 4 expired.
Between 2015-2016, this person was building a file for application as an extended family member. An expired passport was submitted as Pakistani embassy was taking too long to provide the passport. Person A has no temporary stamp or anything like that and is working cash in hand. When application was submitted, an acknowledgment letter was received so Irish authorities know he’s in the country - no contact re deportation etc. It’s also worth noting that when he entered into Ireland - he didn’t present himself to be registered. Should he have?
Are there any implications here when person A returns back to home country to legitimately marry and return with a spouse visa application which will be made for U.K.?
Is this illegal entry even though treaty rights were exercised?
