Need help ilr lr application

I applied ilr lr long residency application on 18th of January online ...I send them documents in 14 working and finished my biometrics as well..on 26th of February received letter from homeoffice Sheffield...letter showing pay ur NHS health surcharges within 10 working days which o already done on time...just quick wondering abt thing else I need to do...very confused...is this positive sign or not waiting for reply thnx

I came to UK on sep 2007 until 2014 I extended tier4 student Visa on different occasions...in 2014 I got refusal from homeoffice then I went to court during appeal I finished my 10 year....I am not sure my 3c leave is still live or not....

ILR LR FORM....paid 1033 fees

Impossible. ILR based on long residence is £2388 and not £1033.

Are you sure you completed form SET LR??

Flr lr extension is also a long residency route...the fees required is 1033....appeal is concluded now...appeal refused

FLR LR is NOT and application for ILR. It is a visa for only 2 years.

You need to pay the Ihs for the further leave to remain application.

You can only call UKVI helpline. You cant contact sheffield directly.

Hi immigration team...on 18th of January I applied extend leave to remain on the basis on 10y long residency route online application...with in 14 days send all relevant documents to homeoffice...and done my biometrics on the same time...on 26th of Feb received letter from homeoffice which showed your application raises issues relating to the European convention on human rights which are complex in nature....will make decision on your application as soon as possible...and on second page showing some missing information which is NHS health surcharge need to pay with in 10 working days I am bit confused now.....plz help me with any suggestion.....is there anyone else in the similar situation thnx

Why do you keep posting the same question and ignoring the answers given??

You need to pay IHS as you have not applied for ILR but for further leave to remain for 2 years.
