We are on tier 2 visa dependants on my husband.
I am pregnant and going to give birth in Canada as we are canadians.
After delivery, how can I get my newborn to UK? Should I apply for him for
a visa from Canada or should we come UK and apply to him?

Can you please reply urgently?

Apply for a Tier 2 child dependent visa.

Apply from Canada.

Note that if you have the child in the UK, then once either parent is granted ILR, the child is entitled to register as a British citizen.
