Yes, provided it has been taken at an HO approved test provider on the current HO list.

Spouse settlement visa

Post by Suprajaramamurthy » Mon Mar 11, 2019 11:46 am

How long it took for my 2 nd application that applied for UK spouse settlement visa and paid for priority service.. First one got refused due to relationship status and my husband's ( sponsors) financial status was not satisfied even though we provided the required documents our visa got refused for those reasons. We got married and separated for more than a year.. so we have no passions to go for an appeal. Applied for 2 nd application and submitted my biometric on 11.02.2019 at chennai vfs.

Usually priority is not available or applicable if you have had a refusal and the VFS website states this clearly.

Even with priority, it can still take up to 60 days and often longer.

When was your last application submitted and then refused??

What relationship reasons were given for refusal and what was the financial status reason for refusal?
