UK Tier2 Dependent Visa not straight forward delay

Hi I have applied for tier2 Dependent Visa on Jan 25th 2019. But on Feb 11th i got a mail saying my application is not straight forward it will take some more time to check and process my application. Did anyone got the same mail? If so did you get any other mail after that? How many days it will take to get my Visa. Please let me know if anyone is having same issue?

Is this an application within the UK or from abroad??

Is it a spouse dependent or a child dependent visa?

Does the applicant have a UK immigration history?? If yes, what is it?

No i applied from India. It is Spouse dependent Visa. And my husband is already in UK from last 3 months with General Tier2 Visa.

It is a standard generic email. Nothing you need to do, wait to hear back from UKVI.

Any idea like how many days they may take to get back normally?

It can take up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer.

It's been 36 working days still didnot get any update from UKVI.
I tried calling them and from last 1 month they are saying Application status is "Awaiting decision".
And i asked them to escalate and that also didnot help me yet.
Not getting what to do.
