28 day rule from online application or biometrics at Sopra center?

Anyone else having issues getting appointments for Sopro centres?

I applied on Wednesday and application all submitted ok for ILR.

I live in the South (Dorset), and cant find any appointments in Bournemouth, Southampton or Dorchester.

The screen shows 2 weeks worth, so i am wondering what time it refreshes to show the next day? I check all the time and it always says not available.

I wonder if they are even open the centres, as surely if the Croydon has available slots, then Bournemouth will have also?

Cant find also, is there a deadline from UKVI after you apply online?

As soon as possible! We applied online last Wednesday (13th March).

Just looking at Croydon instead, but logistics are not so easy as we have 2 dependent children also making th application, so school also an issue.

So much easier to go to Bournemouth, as we live around the corner!

I applied for our ILR on the 13th March and paid fee, then i was directed to the Sopra site to make a booking.

I have tried everyday for a week now to get a booking at following location:

Bournemouth
Southampton
Salisbury
Dorchester

Every day i check and always full. I emailed and they said "just try another local sector". I have spent £15 on phone calls to their premium number and still no luck.

I have to go to Croydon is my only option, but is there a deadline for the Sopra site in terms of the 28 deadlines for documents? I have not uploaded them yet, but they are all in date of the online application of 13th March.

Is there a maximum deadline to get your biometrics done after online application? I know you get a reminder after 15 days, but i cant find any further information.
