Hi everyone, I got a job earlier last year but I was denied of cos. But December last year same hospital mailed me that I should go and apply for the vacancy again that so far after 5 months of doing interviews that I am the only candidate eligible for the job. I applied and was interviewed by different panel. I got the job again. They have applied for my cos but I think my point is 23. Any hope?

@Anantidaniel : Cutoff from last 5 months is around 21 points so hope for the best. Additionally, note that the government has exempted Doctors and Nurse from Restricted CoS cutoffs. You can check if you qualify for that

Nothing yet for me yet. Also, it's hard to follow up HR as they might find it annoying. Lol.

Patience is really a virtue.

I am thankful I found this forum. I have been anxious for several weeks now. Thank you everyone for the information you share here, at least now I know I'm not alone. I have been qualified for 3 UK jobs for the past year, one dropped my application because they were sure I can't meet the points for last yeat then another one applied a CoS for me but got rejected. I currently have a new offer with a higher pay but upon computing I will only have 30p. I followed up with my employer and they said they haven't heard from the HO. I am nervous because my points is so close to the minimum points. Will update you all if I get a response!

Seems like there some delays this month.

They haven't updated March release yet. Last February they updated the total number of issued COS by the 21st.

No response yet either! I hope we will all get our cos. I find it difficult to ask from my HR because I just followed up last week and was told I will be messaged once a result comes out.

March is the last month of the year for carrying forward unused RCoS. From April onward RCoS will be reset to 2200 so that might be the reason for the delay. They are tallying the numbers for the year-end.

Quick Question: Did any of you submit English assessment (either IELTS or Naric) while raising the request for March RCoS(before March 5th) or is this document only required for Entry Clearance application (visa stamping)

It is a visa requirement not a CoS requirement!!

I got mine this month. Was supposed to be in February batch because i applied 1st day of February. Finally given in march, around 12th march. Most likely you guys that applied last week in February or early march get it in April. I had about 36 points.
Just wait for next month allocation and be strong

Hi,

It's been a long wait now. Has anyone's sponsor mentioned that they could not trace the application status in the system? My sponsor did get an acknowledgment when he submitted the RCoS but he could not check the application status as nothing is showing up. He did contact HO and they couldn't trace the application either. Not sure if the application is lost? My sponsor wants to wait till the March list is published and then reapply next month if decision doesn't come. Any one in the same boat, please do share.

Cheers
Hank30

Thank you for this information. My employer applied last 26th February. I am trying to relax now and assume it's rolled over to April.

Hi,

Can someone enlighten me. I read some replies where our application could be rolled over April? Does this mean that we were denied for March without getting notice? Do we need to re-apply again before April 5th?

Also, according to Tensedman he applied 1st week of February and he got his by March 12. Correct me if I'm wrong, that allocation is still for February right? Just delayed and given around 12th of March.

So basically we can wait until mid or early April for our March RCoS? How about the fact where we might get rejected? Shouldn't the home office issue it before end of March so that in case would have to re-apply, we can do it before 5th of April which is the deadline.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Thank you in advance for your explanation guys. :)

@jcboy24 : The government official website says the following for feb 2019 RCOS

The February allocation meeting took place on 11 February. All valid applications received by 5 February were successful if they scored at least 21 points.

Below are my thoughts but would also like others to confirm

What usually happens is that the employer sometimes doesn't submit sufficient details and immigration usually rejects the request. Unfortunately, employers sometimes don't relieve this point and ask the applicant to wait until next month without giving a proper answer. I believe it has something to do with corporate privacy. Since @TensedMan got this results on March 12th I believe his employer internally resubmitted the application for March batch.

Any case, I don't believe a roll off of cases will happen between March -April period since this is the end of the financial period and a set of new RCOS will be allocated from April and will not carry forward any unused RCOS from March

Good point! I just checked the stats for March 2018 and there was no roll over to April 2018 indeed. My employer still hasn't update me until this point.
