Pre Action protocol:Sent on 29 August.Replied on 12 Decmber2018.Entry clearance Manager stated that'Ido Aplogise for delay in responding.I have reviewed your application.we will reconsider your appliaction and the new decision will notify soon.
Since 12 Dec 2018 waiting for decision.No reply yet.I did not write the consideration letter but they selected my applicaion to reconsider.
What are the chances?
How many month they require?
Is that good sign the selected for reconsideration.

I would get your legal rep to PAP them again for undue delay. Your case should have been reconsidered in days, it is not an onerous process. The Home Office will be due to meet your costs as well because of the delay to date.

Surprised your rep did not seek JR in say September as the PAP had not been answered... is there more to this aspect?

As for chances of success - reconsidered cases are not treated any differently the second time around. What additional information was supplied or mentioned in the PAP that caused the reconsideration?
Are you aware of the contens of the PAP?
Has further information been supplied by your Sponsor?
Has your Sponsor been visited since the PAP?
Have you supplied further information or been interviewed again?

yes.We did not reply for Jr as they did not reply for Pap.
No additional documents.Just mention in Pap.Realiance is placed on forrester.point of visa.

Tanks to ALLAH.Decision overturned.They contacted to employer to give new dates for issuing visa as one year was past since Cos issued.Also i got an email to resubmit passport and pay the Ihs fee.Is this confirmed dor visa.?

Waiting for ihs link.it has been 3 weeks.Decision overturned.They told me if you do not get ihs link in 7 days pls email us.i emailed but got auto reply.been waiting for ihs link after recinsiration sucessfull.how much time do they rrequire to send ihs link.

Employer mail to visa officer.They sent link on the same day.

Today received mail that we continur to work on your application .As we have to make checks.
Soon we will make the decision when we will be able to do..

I was doing job in south korea.i travelled 14 march to start the job but once i reached i got ocerturned mail.left the job and came back to pak.now i stuck.
Also i receive the mail saying that we will make the decision asap.once the decision is overturned then why decision again.sorry for long but reall worried.
any senior can explain these issues please.
