sponser father

Post by rahul190 » Thu Mar 14, 2019 9:46 am

Hello

I want to sponser my father from india

1. I am an entrepreneur and have a company with two directors ( one me and a friend who is british citizen also a friend of my father) and my last 3 years IT returns are not sufficient due to low income, so would that be okay if both of us (both directors) sponser my father ?

(another director is financially strong)

2. if yes, do we have to show same amount of documents to HO?

last 6 months bank statement
last 3 years IT returns

Sponsor your father for what visa exactly?

What is your immigration status in the UK?

There is no income threshold for you. Why do you believe you need to prove a certain level of income.

Your father has to submit documentary evidence of his strong ties to home country (social, family, employment, income, property etc).

Okay, my 1st year income is £4000, 2nd business in loss and 3rd year £5800, that's my sa302

If I sponser my father and if he has strong ties in India £9k saving, his own property

Would be enough financially to sponser him on my own, I will have other documents to support applications, but for income side such situations Could affect an application or would be better to have me and another director to be sponsor as well?

What evidence will your father submit to convince the ECO that he has stronger ties in his home country than he has in the UK and won't overstay?
