hi ..
i thank MarcNath ,Zimba, tier11417 and Bizman, for your valuable inputs. sopra steria appointment was straight forward. they just asked me am i happy to submits docs. my reply was yes.
generally guys at sopra steria has 0 knowledge of how these documents works or should be. the best place to get all advices before you go to Surinder Singh is this forum.

best of luck to all .. thank you once again.
i dont know how come i ended up writting surinder singh . what i meant to say was sopra Steria
It is because you wrote the abbreviation of the two letters, which we have had to set to autocorrect to Surinder Singh as many different categories are using the same abbreviation for different things and creating confusion on the forum as the two letters mean Surinder Singh on the forum in general.

staff Salary increased

Post by Evicra » Sat Jun 29, 2019 12:50 pm

hi.
i am waiting for decision of my ILR.

i relied on two staff full time.

Staff A. Sales Manager £12400 changed to £19000 per year
B. Sales Assistant.

they are still working in company. recently i changed Salary of Staff A from 12400 to 19000

God forbid my visa is not granted can i claim point of Staff A for last 12 months OR because of change in slary that continuity of last 12 months will break.

Salary changes have no impact

You only need to meet the minimum wage requirement, nothing else will impact your application

ILR approved 19-03-2019 to 17-09-2019(5months 28 days)

Post by Evicra » Thu Sep 19, 2019 9:39 am

Hi all Members.
today i received approval letter for my ILR . i thank each and every person who helped me with my ILR application. i thank Zimba, Bizman,Tier11417,Aman90, and special thanks to Marcnath for all the help.
i must say that this forum is doing one of a big charity work around the world, saving millions of pounds to people applying for immigration. reason i said that that if i have not asked for help in this forum then I would have asked for help to some immigration consultant or solicitor. and poor advice would result in refusals which would make costs go up and up.
i wish good luck to each and every person of this forum and a piece of advice of all .
Never ever lie to home office .. refusal based on truth would have a remedy but refusal because of lie has no cure.

Thank you all
