- I received a text message from VFS and was called by a staff shortly after receiving the text

- I'm not sure what that date indicates. I'm guessing it's date documents were received at British Embassy Manila

- Passport was received back in VFS Manila 19 working days since submission of documents.

17 working days passed, still not done. I called the UKVI contact centre today on 27 Mar 2019. They said still there is no decision on your application and we would escalate this matter...lets see..
