Dear all,
I am wondering how long did your Tier 1 exceptional talent stage 2 take. I understand on the guidance that in UK application takes up to 8 weeks, but... it is maximum 8 weeks....
I have waited 6 weeks already...worried...

CRY CRY CRY, it only took only 3 weeks for two of my friends who is using standard, so I took the risk...
BTW, can I ask whether you receive any confirmation email or anything from home office after you post your documents...I didn't receive anything

I didn't receive any confirmation. However, after a week, I emailed Tier 1 ET Sheffield to confirm if they received and they said they did and I will be contacted when a decision is made.

Speak of the devil!!! Just got Email from ‘Home Office Atlas’ 10mins ago to confirm application success. Overjoyed to say the least.
Not to worry, yours would come soon i’m Sure. My nights of worrying are finally over

Home Office sends an email when decision is made. This is the moment when your new leave starts.
It takes a couple of days to receive normal confirmation letter and BRP.

Sure, I handed in my first stage application on 19th of December, received endorsement letter on 28th of Jan. For stage 2, still no news....

You handed in your first stage application on 19th of December, means you receive acknowledgement from Home Office about stage-1 application documents received, with the URN2018* number on 19th December 2018?

I was using a solicitor for my 1st stage, and 19th of Dec is quite close to Christmas, so I am not quite sure when did I received the confirmation from Home office...
