EU settlement scheme android app

I have Eea residence card which i tried to scan on the app and it says 'you cannot apply' British citizenz cannot apply for this scheme.

Am not British nor hold document under British immigration law. Anyone having the same problem?

My residence card was issued on A4 size paper.

The android app only allows BRP cards or Passport to be scanned as they would require to scan the passport. You may have to send in postal application.

Thanks for the little advice buddy it was very helpfull guiding me to help section where a found their contact number. Just spoken to them on phone and am told the app will accept card on 30th.

I tried filling it online but the website keep crushing. I was lucky to fill first few questions and now it only show an error 'access denied'. Called them and I was told its busy so I have to try later.

Super annoyed i am as I wasted 9 hours on this today after working for whole night.

The form needs to send to you via post within 7-10 working days. I asked for one since 30th March and haven't received it yet. Will keep you guys posted.

Also, I have heard that after the successful application, you would still need biometric information to be submitted by visiting one of their UKVIAC nearby your address, so be ready for that as well, as the cost could be around £100-£300 depending on the day you want to book!
