Notary or Bank manger in UK

Hi,
My father passed away 5 years back. He was holding physical SBI shares.To transfer the shares to my mom name, the no object statement "N" of the form to be completed . Can someone guide me where I can do this please. Will Natwest do this kind of service?


The signatures/s of the renouncee/s must be witnessed by Bank Manager/Notary for identification purpose.
