Marrying under Tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa

Hi!

Me and my British girlfriend want get married. I'm under Tier 1 GE visa. Could I get married in the UK with her under this visa or do I need to apply for a different one?

Yes you can marry.

When does your visa expire?

You will both need to give 28 days notice at an HO approved Registry office. They then inform HO and this notice period could be extended to 70 days for HO to investigate and/or interview each of you separately.

Once HO gives approval, then you can marry.

My Visa expires in January, so I see I have enough time to process that. Do you recommend to start the process as soon as I can?

You need to contact the Registry when you are ready and provide what they ask for. This is separate and not related to immigration.
