EU1 Stamp 4 application-problem with passport

Hi guys,

I need your opinion on something regarding the EU1 application for Stamp 4 fam

My wife has a previous non biometric passport.it was handed in to Ukrainian goverment when she received the biometric passport. She does not have the passport of course as it ia a standar procedure for them to keep the old ones and therefore, all visas that she obtain for EU countries are gone with it. We know the number and issue and experation dates.

The EU1 application has a section that asks if previously applied for visa in a EU country and if so, to submit proof. there are no emails and no proof that the visa for the EU country was successful on my wife’s end.

She has sent an email to The country’s embassy to see if we can get a letter of confirmation but i don’t have my hopes up.

How to resolve this matter?any ideas?
