Home Office Refund for Stage 1 Applications

I have already made payment of the stage 1 fee, but unsure whether supporting documentation can be handed in in time. Lawyers have complained a bit.

Does anyone know how much the deducted admin fee in the event the paperwork is not submitted before the 15 days deadline?

Although the Home Office does not typically refund application fees, they seem to do so for Tier 1 stage 1 applications, as stated in their email "If you do not provide all mandatory information your application may be rejected. Your application will not be considered and an administration fee for each person included in the application, will be deducted from your refund."
