Claiming public fund on pbs dependents visa

Hi members
I am British citizen and all my children and partner on pbs dependents visa whose Ilr is due soon. We claimed certain benefits like child benefits and tax credits on my name.
My question, Is it cause negative effect on their ilr?

Child benefit on your name is fine.

Tax credits must be claimed in joint names with your spouse. I hope you have not claimed as a single person!!
