Sopra Steria overbooked

Hi all,

Tried to complete application today and the final step would not let me select a Sopra Steria service just the standard option available with a warning that due to high demand they are trying to make further appointments available - does anyone know what is going on and when they might release new slots?

Hi I am in same boat, paid for application and cannot find a slot in ukvcas website. Absolute nightmare.

Did you select the standard service? Does that mean Sopra Steria? It is even less clear now, and I do not want to make the mistake of choosing a postal submission again!

"Standard Service" is the new sopra steria service as of end-of-March. The "old" postal option has been withdrawn.

Yeah, I had to choose a paid appointment. Submitted on the 5th.

It seems that the service is currently down
