ILR Application - Employment gap in TIER 2 visa

Post by babs88 » Sun Apr 07, 2019 2:55 pm

Hi

I was sponsored TIER 2 by a company in April 2016 who made redundant in May 25th 2016. After that I was in employment gap until August 17th 2016 when I got sponsored TIER 2 visa by another company.

There was a gap of 2.5 months. Will this be an issue when I apply for ILR and should I have to provide a letter for this gap?

Please advise me.

Thanks
Babs

Hello

Thanks for the quick reply. I am providing holiday/absence information from employers for the 5 years, what letter should I provide for this gap?

Thanks
Babs

Hi

I am applying ILR, do I have carry photograph of myself with me? I cannot see that mentioned anywhere in the new system.

Thanks

1. Please do NOT post ILR questions in the newly-arrived-in-uk-general-how-to-queries-no-immigration-queries (click) sub forum, which clearly states NO Visa or ILR queries.

2. Please keep ALL your ILR questions in ONE topic/thread. Topics Merged (click)
