Poor quality passport stamp?

Post by Akorotaeva » Tue Apr 09, 2019 6:07 pm

I've just checked my passport and a recent entry stamp is very poor quality: the ink is super faint and the year looks like 2018, not 2019!

Obviously am worried about potential implications for ILR. Is this likely to raise any issues? Shall I just keep the ticket and boarding pass or go back to the immigration office and fight for a correction/letter?

No need. You fill a landing card when u arrive in UK. They have it in their records. If you are worried just add a cover letter with the correct date if its not readable, you should be okay.
