Still waiting... my employer said the application is in under review.
They submitted my application on 22nd march and HO requested more documents & employer submitted on 27th March. Will I get feedback this month ?

May be you will. I Think if documents requested are submitted before COS allocation date changes are good. Even for my employer they asked additional information and they provided these to head office before COS allocation date.

Hello- I am a nervous wreck. I am in education and the head office can not check the system until they return from holiday, therefore, we do not know if they asked for more documentation.

Is there anyway they would still accept late documentation come the 23 of April? It was rejected once because of documents and I am hoping they submitted everything.

Please let me know if you hear the point mark.

The point system has been changed and is valid for the applications on or after 30 March 2019. For instance, 55k salary with RLMT was equal to 35 + 20 = 55 points, now you get 1 point for every 1000 Gbp gross which amounts 20 (RLMT) + 55 = 75 points. Besides the minimum points required have been updated as 40 (before it was 21). Hopefully, they do not mix the applicants before and after 30 March.

Just to add to @siag points so that it doesn't panic anyone. The new point system will effect only people with salary greater than 50k, Example: in the prior system for 20k salary you use to get 1 point which combined with 20 RLMT points gave us 21 points which is the minimum criteria for Tier 2 visa

Currently, the same 20k salary will get 20 points and along with 20 RLMT will give you 40 points which is the minimum for Tier 2 visa.

@Admin: if you can answer @becka2632 query that would be very helpful as I have similar issue.

HO is unlikely to accept documentation for April RCoS after the 11th. The RCoS will therefore likely go into the May allocation if it is not rejected for not sending the documents in time.

kirankumar15789-

I am very confused- The link you provided was for the Visa points and I did not see changes to the RCos point allocation.

Under the original Rcos I have 45 points.

Above 50k, you would have got points in multiple of 5, ie a person earning 50k and 54k will both be given 30 points each. Now its 1 point increment for every 1k

• £55,000 – £59,999.99 : 35 points
• £50,000 – £54,999.99 : 30 points
• £45,000 – £49,999.99 : 25 points
• £44,000 – £44,999.99 : 24 points

Surprisingly there is very less discussion this month compare to previous months. Is that an indication people are not too worried which means most of them have got their cos. Just wondering, any thoughts????

Just to confirm , how long does it takes the Immigration team to get back to you with the RCoS in case successful, once judgement has been passed on the 11th of the current month ?

I guess it is related to the limit to be assigned on April, the highest throughout the year.
