ILR for over 18 dependent

My daughter was given her visa to join me when she was under 18. In 2016 we applied together on the same form and we were both granted 2.5 years extension. 2.5 years being the completion of my five years on a spouse visa. On March 30th 2019 we applied together for ILR but l noticed that after entering information on the section of her application, somehow the letters PBS appeared, what does this mean?

Secondly, my daughter used to work before we made the application, her employers are seeking to verify with HO if she is still eligible to work. If she continues to work will she be considered independent? What would be the worst scenario? She is now 21 and has been accepted to go to university this september.
