My partner and my child r UK citizen. Refused by HO and ftt, permission to appeal refused 1st and now in UT

I have never come across a case like your.

Why were you refused? has there been criminal offending or poor Immigration history? Have you used TOEIC in the past?

Cases like yours are as strong as it gets, and i have never experienced refusal, so it will be nice to get an idea why your appeal was refused and why both chamber of the Immigration Tribunal refused permission.

Hi obie. I m very confused as well. I never did any crime. But since 1994 I m living as illegal immigrant. This is the first application by me to HO. Because I was 11 years old when I came in to England. My wife born here but her parents were come from india as well. the HO keep saying us that we should go back to india and settled there because both of us have indian background. I m so stressed. Please give me some idea.
