Hi guys is it possible if I complain it can overturn what the eco said in my case I had a sponser in uk who can fully afford the trip for the duration the applicant staying and eco said I am satisfied with uk sponsor and I know he can afford it but that but that's does not show that the applicant will return back to home country in time.
So she said I've looked at the applicants employment letter bank statement you say you earn this much rs.. per month but it does not reflect on your bank statement as you stated and I further note you have only a balance of £5 GBP but I had money cash in hand and didn't ever bank it in because every month cash in hand so I do have the money even tho sponser in the UK said he will pay the whole and full trip but still eco is going onto my bank statement and this was 2nd application. Plus she said you said you got wife and children but the documents provided don't show that they live in the same country as you therefore not show ties to home country anyone helppppp.

Got a concluded email and today went for passport collection...
OBVIOUSLY rejected..!!
But they have rejected on baseless reason !!
They said that ' I've stated that my husband is on Tier 1 entrepreneur' but we have never mentioned that kinda thing anywhere and he's already got his ILR last july .....
Can i complaint about this to ECO ???

Received concluded email
Collected the passport today with refusal even though i have granted 6 months visa and only stayed 10 days in uk and now applied two years but they refused me.

I have applied for Visitor Visa for myself and my family. We have enrolled our Biometrics on 5th april. We all received an email today from UK Visas and Immigration British Embassy Abu Dhabi with GWF in the subject stating Your UK visa application has been issued. Please let me know what will be the outcome as i haven't received any mail yet for passport collection.

Hi
Actually I submitted a doctor letter from surgery in Pakistan where they confirmed my mum is elderly and on wheel chair and unable to travel due disabilities and she included her grand son to provide her assistance and career during visits
my nephew age is 20 years and he is full time student in degree college.
The college confirmed he is our full time student and approved his leave for 21 days to visit UK along with her grandmother
