From Tire2 ICT to dependent to Tire 2 ICT

Hi,

My husband has converted from his ICT T2 to ICT T2 Dependent as I am also on ICT T2. It's done in January 2019. But he still works with the same company which sponsored his ICT T2 before he converted. Now my project is ending on April end and as per our knowledge, he has to leave his job and UK with me.

If his company is ready to sponsor him again on ICT T2, can he continue to work here? Or he has to go back with me and wait for 12 month to complete, starting from Jan 2019?

He is subject to the 12 month cooling off period which started from the date his dependent visa was issued.
