do we have any news on the new startup visa? when will the rules be out, and when can i apply?
is it only for tech companies?

From today the Startup visa replaces Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur:

and Innovator visa replaces Tier 1 Entrepreneur:

https://www.gov.uk/innovator-visa

awesome! Can you advise me the start up visa cannot be extended right? in this case if im here for the two years and want to extend and keep growing my business is there any options?

Hi ive contacted several companies on the list and the university institutions who seem to not be endorsing start up or innovator visa yet. do you know anyone of the listed endorsers who has started?

so you mean to say Start up visa 2 years and then Innovator visa 3 years will lead to settlement right? is there any specific business listed by endorsement body. i wish to start a franchise business will this help for innovator visa

1. You should start your own topic and ask your questions rather than tagging onto another members thread.

2. Start up visa does not lead to settlement and unlikely to be able combine with other visa to make up 5 years for ILR.

Is there any further info on endorsing bodies? ive spoken with several immigration law firms all of which dont have clarity still. Endorses I have called several times most of which have no idea they even listed and some still need clarity going forward.

Who are the endorsing bodies you spoke with who didn't know they are on the list? Given that they had to apply to be an endorsing body, that doesn't really make sense.
